Let’s be honest: "Picture Day" is usually a headache. Wrangling kids, waiting for late parents, and hoping everyone looks at the camera at the same time... it’s stressful.

We have a better play.

At DL Photos, we treat youth sports with the same respect as the pros. Led by Derrick Loughlin—a Marine veteran and experienced nurse—our team brings military-grade organization and genuine patience to the field. Whether it’s a travel soccer league, karate studio or a high school varsity team, we have One Mission - to make you look good.

Safety First: All staff are background-checked and we have full liability insurance and everyone is SAFE SPORT TRAINED.
Zero Cost Service: In most cases, Picture Day services are completely free for the organization.
Community Focused: We are proud partners with the NH Soccer Association and support local travel leagues and nonprofits. We have some favs like Best Buddies, and The Boys & Girls Club.

How Picture Day Works

1. The Setup

We arrive early with a full mobile studio setup (indoors or outdoors). We handle all the logistics—you just tell the teams when to show up.

2. The Shoot

Our staff (safe sport trained, and great with kids!) moves players through efficiently. No waiting around. We capture multiple poses to give parents options.

3. The Order

Parents receive a private gallery link via email/text. They can view their child’s photos, choose their favorites, and order directly from their phone. Products ship directly to their door.

The Virtual Team Photos 📸

The end of "herding cats."

Stop wasting practice time trying to line up 20 kids. We photograph every player individually and use advanced editing to build the team photo digitally.

Q: How much does Picture Day cost the league?

Typically, $0. We make our revenue from parent orders. We provide the photographers, the equipment, and the online platform at no cost to the league.

Q: Do you do background checks?

Absolutely. As a business owner with a nursing background, safety is Derrick’s top priority. Every staff member interacting with children undergoes a background check.

Q: Can you handle large leagues?

Yes. Our "One Mission" team approach allows us to scale up. We can run multiple stations simultaneously to process hundreds of athletes efficiently.

Q: Do coaches get photos?

Absolutely! Coaches are such an incredible memory for players and families. They get to get in the group photos too, so make sure you we know which team or teams they really want to be on.

For Parents

Q: Do I have to pre-pay before seeing the photos?

No! We believe you should love the photo before you buy it. You will receive a gallery link to view the images first.

Q: Can I buy just the digital files?

Yes. We offer digital download packages for social media and archiving, as well as physical prints. I'd check out what we have for packages, because they come with digital files.

Q: What if I have multiple children in the league?

Our online system allows you to look at each child's gallery. Unfortuntely, for now, purchases will be for each child.

Q: How long does it take to get my prints?

Once you place your order, physical products typically arrive at your doorstep within 72 hours. This can of course change depending on time of year, or if we have lots of orders coming through at the same time. We can handle a lot!
